2.g) McDougal Development Agreement - Riverton City is proposing the adoption of a Development Agreement for approximately 3.2 acres located at the northeast corner of Redwood Road and Riverton Ranch Road. The Development Agreement includes approval of an eight (8) lot subdivision to be developed off a private drive.
