2.b) Home Occupation, Noah Lee is requesting a Condition Use Home Occupation for Red Beard Roasting Company, an in-home small batch coffee roasting business, to be located at 1362 Quail Ridge Road.

2.c) Zone Text Change, Riverton City is proposing changes to Title 18 regarding locating and operating Food Trucks. 

2.d) Zone Text Change, Riverton City is proposing changes to Sections 17.15.030(2) and 18.215.020(10) allowing payment in lieu of dedication of water shares for new development.
