2.a) “Rock Ridge Amended,” PLZ-26-8011, an application to amend The Rock Ridge Master Site Plan for commercial property located at 12653 South 3600 West, the proposal is for changes to lots 6 and 7. Applicant – Brandon Harris, Altus Development Group

2.b) "Residential Facilities," PLZ-26-5002, Riverton City is proposing amendments to City Code Title 18, Chapter 165 "Residential Facilities," addressing residential facilities for elderly persons or persons with a disability.

2.c) “Saxey Rezone,” PLZ-26-4003, an application to rezone approximately 2.82-acres, located at 12317, 12325, and 12341 South Redwood Road, from the RR-22 and RM-6 zones to the RM-14-D zone, and to amend the General Plan from Medium High-Density Residential to High-Density Residential. Applicant – Eric Saxey

2.d) “Farmhouse Storage,” PLZ-25-8014, an application for a commercial site plan for property located at 12270 South 4000 West. The property is zoned C-R. Applicants – Joe Salisbury & Tanner Johnson

2.e) “Table of Commercial Uses,” PLZ-26-5001, Riverton City is considering amendments to City Code Title 18, Chapter 90 “Table of Commercial Uses.”              

2.f) “Water Conservation & Efficiency Element”, PLZ-26-5003,  Riverton City is proposing adoption of the “Water Conservation & Efficiency” element of the Riverton City General Plan.
