2.a) Janece Dorrity has filed an appeal to a decision by Riverton City regarding property at 4478 West Spring Park Circle.  A second driveway was installed on that property but adjacent fencing does not meet the maximum height requirements of Riverton City ordinance. Riverton City notified the owner that the driveway could not be used until and unless fence height was compliant. The appeal is in review of that decision.
